Executive Committee

Executive Committee membership is governed by The Association’s By-Laws and includes all Board Officers, plus the immediate Past President and a Member-at-Large appointed by the Board President. The Executive Committee Chair is the Board President.

Committee Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the current and ordinary business of The Association.
  2. Establish the agenda for the Board meetings.
  3. Review recommendations from other Committees prior to their presentation to the full Board.
  4. May make policy decisions in lieu of the Board based upon the urgency of the situation and feasibility of calling a timely Board meeting.

Time Commitment:

The Executive Committee meets the third Thursday of each month from 8:00 am - 9:30 am.  Meetings are typically held throughout the summer, even when the Board does not meet regularly.
