Personnel Committee
Committee Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of The Association’s Personnel policies.
- Develop competitive and responsible compensation and benefits for all staff.
- Hear staff grievance appeals pursuant to the Personnel policies.
Time Commitment:
The Personnel Committee typically meets on the second Thursday in the months that the Board meets (September, November, January, March May), from 12:00 noon - 1:30 pm.
