Campaign 2008 Planning Has Begun
John Heaps Joins Steve Davis as Campaign Co-Chair

John Heaps of Longmeadow and President of Florence Savings Bank will join Steve Davis in his 12th consecutive year to lead Campaign 2008.  Another distinguished team to lead us to success.

Campaign 2008 Goal Increases by 30%

The Development Committee has established a campaign goal of $325,000 for FY2008.  This amount is a 30% increase over our FY2007 goal of $250,000 and 10% above the amount raised in FY2007. Together we can do it.  As a member of the Development Committee stated, “That (amount) still is not enough. The Association does great work and individuals and their families have needs that only fund raising dollars can fund.”  Together we will do it.

Grant Goal Established

The Development Committee established a goal for grant awards of $100,000. Grant awards supplement campaign funds to fund needed services and create program initiatives.  Previous awards have funded summer camps for children with autism, a self-advocacy club for Westfield High School students, and a series of trainings for parents with a developmental disabled child.

Volunteers 

Help The Association reach its ambitious goals.  Campaign Committee Volunteers are still needed.
A Grant Researcher or Grant Writer is needed.
