Timeline of events:

As time went on at One Carando in Springfield, everyone realized that our headquarters space was becoming increasingly cramped. 

In the spring of 2010 we began with an assessment to define what our space needs.

The conclusion was that we needed about 50% more space.

We looked at over 12 different sites/buildings in the communities of Springfield, West Springfield, Holyoke and Springfield. 

One of the first buildings we looked at, about a mile from our current office has become our new headquarters. The building is a single story, masonry and steel frame building, built for light manufacturing in 1984. 

On Monday, August 29, 2011 The Association purchased this property at 220 Brookdale Drive, Springfield.

In the fall of 2011 extensive renovations began to convert it to an office building. When it is completed, it will look very different from its current design.
