Buildings and Properties Committee
Committee Responsibilities:
- Oversee The Association’s buildings and properties.
- Review insurance coverage.
- Propose capital improvements.
- Recommend acquisition and sale of property to the Board.
- Oversee the Buildings and Properties Fund.
Time Commitment:
The Buildings and Properties Committee meets the second Monday in the months that the Board meets (September, November, January, March, May) from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
